Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 1, 2026
This Policy explains what FramePeek collects and how it is used. We aim to collect as little as possible.
1. What we collect
- Uploaded media — the photos, GIFs, and videos you add to your grid.
- An anonymous session ID — a random identifier stored as a cookie to keep your session separate. It is not tied to your identity unless you create an account.
- Account email — only if you sign up for a paid plan.
- Basic usage data — such as request logs needed to run the Service.
2. How we use it
We use your data to provide your galleries and process payments. As stated in our Terms, content and usage data may also be used to operate and improve the Service (performance, reliability, and new features). We do not sell your data.
3. Cookies
We use a session cookie (and, for accounts, an authentication cookie) that are essential to the Service. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
4. Storage & retention
Media is stored on FramePeek infrastructure. It is private by default — there is no public feed — and is served to your own session or to anyone holding a share link you create. You may delete individual items or request account deletion at any time.
5. Your choices
- Delete individual items, or start a new gallery to clear your session.
- Contact us to delete your account and associated stored media.
