Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of FramePeek (the "Service"), which lets you upload media into a Media Grid and view or share it. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

FramePeek arranges the photos, GIFs, and videos you upload into a grid gallery viewable in your browser session and shareable by link. Some features require a paid storage plan.

2. Your responsibilities

• Upload only content you own or are entitled to share.
• Do not upload illegal, infringing, or abusive material.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the Service.

3. Plans & payments

The Free plan provides 500MB of total storage. A monthly plan unlocks additional storage (2GB or 20GB); the 20GB plan also includes the Grok Media Downloader. Per-file limits and total-storage limits are enforced by the Service.

Paid plans renew monthly and you may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and unused time is not refunded. Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

You are solely responsible for what you upload. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law, and may suspend access in cases of abuse.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FramePeek is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages or loss of data arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
