Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

This Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for FramePeek paid plans. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Cancel at any time

FramePeek paid plans are monthly subscriptions. You can cancel whenever you like from your account page. There is no minimum term, no notice period, and no cancellation fee.

2. Access continues until the end of your paid period

Cancelling stops future renewals — it does not end your access straight away. You keep your paid plan and its storage allowance until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Your account moves to the Free plan after that date.

3. Your files after cancellation

Cancelling does not delete anything you uploaded. When your account moves to the Free plan, all of your photos, GIFs, and videos stay in place — even if you are storing more than the Free plan includes. You can still view them, download them, export them as a ZIP, and share them through links you created earlier. Any folders you made are kept too, and become editable again if you resubscribe.

What does change is that new uploads are paused while you are over the Free plan’s storage limit. To start adding files again, either subscribe to a paid plan or delete items you no longer need (and empty the Trash) until you are back within the limit. See our Terms of Service for the full storage policy, including the limited circumstances in which we may reclaim storage used above a plan’s limit after giving you notice.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. If you think you were charged by mistake, or you are not satisfied, contact us or request a refund at paddle.net (or through the link in your Paddle receipt) within 14 days of the payment, and we will consider every request in good faith. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period, because your plan stays fully active until the period ends.

5. How payments and refunds are handled

Payments for FramePeek are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for every purchase. Your receipts and billing records are issued by Paddle, and any refund is issued back through Paddle to the original payment method. To raise a refund question, contact us at the address below or use paddle.net or the billing contact shown on your Paddle receipt.

6. Your statutory rights

If you live in the EU, EEA, Switzerland, or the UK, you have the right to withdraw from your first payment within 14 days, unless you have already started using the paid service after agreeing that it could start immediately. Other countries have their own periods (for example, 7 days in Canada, South Korea, and Brazil, and 5 days in Singapore). You can start a withdrawal or refund request at paddle.net.

Nothing in this Policy limits or removes any refund, cancellation, or withdrawal rights you have under applicable consumer law. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over the terms above.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy; material changes are reflected by the date above. The Policy in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
